Partner Policy

Last updated: May 17, 2026

Vendor partnership standards

This policy explains the expectations, responsibilities, and operating principles for vendors and business partners who join Salooote. It is designed to keep the marketplace reliable, trusted, and comfortable for both customers and partners.

What matters most

Partners must provide accurate listings, reliable communication, and fulfillment that matches what customers see on the platform.

Commercial terms such as commissions, payout timing, and operational standards may be updated as Salooote grows, with reasonable notice where applicable.

Repeated quality issues, misleading information, or harmful conduct may lead to listing restrictions, temporary suspension, or account removal.

Partners are expected to comply with Armenian law and platform rules when listing products or providing services.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to vendors, studios, agencies, service providers, and other business partners that list or sell products or services through Salooote.

By registering as a partner, publishing listings, or continuing to use the platform in a commercial role, you agree to follow the standards and responsibilities described here.

2. Listing quality and accuracy

Partners must keep listing information accurate and current, including product names, service descriptions, pricing, availability, delivery or setup terms, visual materials, and any customer requirements.

Listings may not include misleading claims, incomplete pricing intended to confuse customers, false reviews, or imagery that materially misrepresents the delivered product or service.

3. Communication and response expectations

Partners are expected to respond to customer inquiries and order-related communication within a commercially reasonable timeframe, especially when availability, customization, or event deadlines are involved.

If a partner becomes unavailable, cannot fulfill a request, or needs to clarify an important condition, they should communicate clearly and promptly through Salooote-approved channels.

4. Orders, fulfillment, and customer care

Partners are responsible for preparing, delivering, or providing the goods and services they offer in line with their listings and the commitments made to customers.

Where issues arise, partners are expected to cooperate in good faith with Salooote support and the customer to resolve mistakes, delays, quality concerns, or missing information.

5. Commercial terms and payouts

Salooote may charge commissions, service fees, promotional adjustments, or other marketplace-related commercial amounts according to the current partner arrangement in effect at the time of sale.

Payout timing, reconciliation periods, withholding for disputes, and operational deductions may depend on order status, refunds, cancellations, or fraud review processes. Specific commercial terms may be communicated separately to partners where needed.

6. Prohibited conduct

Partners may not list unlawful goods or services, counterfeit or infringing materials, discriminatory offerings, deceptive promotions, or content that would make the platform unsafe or unfit for a general audience.

It is also prohibited to manipulate order flow, circumvent marketplace payments where restricted, harass customers, misuse customer data, or attempt to damage competitor listings or partner accounts.

7. Quality standards and enforcement

Salooote may monitor fulfillment quality, customer feedback, disputes, cancellation rates, communication responsiveness, and other trust indicators to protect marketplace quality.

If a partner falls below acceptable operational standards, we may request corrective action, limit listing visibility, freeze specific listings, suspend access temporarily, or terminate the partnership in serious or repeated cases.

8. Suspension, termination, and policy updates

Salooote may suspend or terminate a partner account when there is fraud, repeated policy violation, persistent non-fulfillment, harmful conduct toward customers, or significant legal or reputational risk.

We may also update this policy over time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The latest version will be published on this page, and continued commercial use of the platform means the updated policy applies.

9. Questions and contact

If you are a current or prospective partner and need clarification about commercial operations, listing standards, or account expectations, please contact the Salooote partner team at [email protected].

When contacting us, include enough context about your account, listing, order, or question so the right team can review it efficiently.
