Terms of Service

Last updated: May 17, 2026

Public agreement

These Terms of Service govern how customers, vendors, and visitors use Salooote. By accessing the platform, creating an account, placing an order, contacting a vendor, or continuing to use Salooote, you agree to these terms.

At a glance

  • Salooote operates as an event-planning marketplace that connects customers with independent vendors.
  • Orders, inquiries, and bookings must be placed with accurate information and lawful intent.
  • Vendors remain responsible for the products and services they list, while Salooote manages the platform experience.
  • We may suspend access, update the platform, or revise the terms when necessary.

1. Definitions

In these terms, “Salooote”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Salooote marketplace and related services. “User”, “customer”, and “you” refer to any person who visits the platform, creates an account, places an order, submits an inquiry, or otherwise uses the service.

“Vendor” refers to an independent business or service provider that lists products or services on Salooote. “Platform” refers to the Salooote website, account area, planning tools, and related communication features.

2. Using the platform

You agree to use Salooote only for lawful, legitimate, and good-faith marketplace activity. Information you submit must be accurate enough for us and the relevant vendor to process requests, communicate with you, and fulfill orders or inquiries.

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false orders, impersonate another person, or use Salooote in a way that harms other users, vendors, or the platform itself.

3. Accounts and access

Some Salooote features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account unless the issue results from our own security failure.

We may require verification, restrict access, or suspend accounts if we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, in violation of these terms, or in a way that creates operational or legal risk.

4. Orders, inquiries, and vendor communication

Salooote allows users to place orders, save items, contact vendors, and discuss event needs. To fulfill these actions, relevant details such as your contact information, delivery details, event requirements, and inquiry messages may be shared with the vendor involved.

Users must provide accurate order and event information. Incorrect addresses, unavailable phone numbers, or misleading event details may delay fulfillment or prevent an order or inquiry from being completed successfully.

5. Pricing, payments, and availability

Product and service prices, availability, delivery timing, and other commercial details may change. While we aim to keep marketplace information current, some listings depend on vendor updates and may occasionally require reconfirmation.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. By making a purchase, you agree that charges can be processed through the payment method you selected, subject to the final order terms shown at checkout or agreed with the vendor.

6. Vendor responsibility and platform role

Salooote provides the marketplace, planning tools, and communication environment, but vendors remain responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the quality, legality, timing, and fulfillment of the products or services they provide.

Where appropriate, Salooote may assist with communication, moderation, or support. However, vendor-specific execution, custom promises, and delivery outcomes may depend on the vendor's own business operations.

7. Reviews, content, and conduct

Users may submit reviews, messages, and other content where features allow it. Content must be truthful, respectful, and lawful. You may not post defamatory, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise harmful content.

We may remove content, limit visibility, or suspend accounts if content or conduct violates these terms, damages trust in the platform, or creates safety, legal, or reputational concerns.

8. Intellectual property

The Salooote brand, platform design, interface elements, text, software, and other original materials on the site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit them beyond normal personal use of the platform without permission.

Vendor-provided materials remain the responsibility of the vendor or other rightful owner. If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, please contact us with the relevant details.

9. Liability, disputes, and updates

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salooote is not responsible for indirect losses, interrupted business, or damages arising from vendor conduct, third-party services, inaccurate user-submitted information, or temporary platform downtime. Nothing in these terms removes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use of Salooote after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions or disputes may be directed to [email protected] before formal escalation.
